Tongkat ali chipped roots

We use a special hydraulic machine (constructed by our own engineering unit) to increase the density of 9-kg shipments of chipped tongkat ali root before packaging it in cardboard boxes, seen in the background.

After the root chips were condensed in our special hydraulic press, they form a large bar, 9 kg of weight. From that large bar, root chips for a single portion are easily broken off.

After the chipped tongkat ali is pressed into a 9-kg bar, it is inserted in our standard gourney. The gourney is stamped with food color not with ordinary paint.

After the block of 9 kg is inserted into its gourney, it is packaged into our standard cardboard box. The gross weight is then just below 10 kg, so the EMS or surface mail price for 10 kg applies.

Everything fits precisely with our boxes of 9 kg of chipped tongkat ali root, even the way they are loaded into one of our minibuses for delivery to the post office.
